1、简介
全自动五加仑自动封膜机是我公司自行设计的新型五加仑瓶，自动封／套袋设备，该机采用整圈膜对五加仑水桶进行封装，有效的保护水桶外部清洁和桶壁不受损坏，该机融合同类产品多方优点经先，进加工工艺制成；具用封膜成功率高，结构牢固，性能稳定，操作和维护简单节省人工和材料成本等特点。

功率：3.0Kw（不含空压机）
气压：0.5-0.8Mpa
气耗：每小时1500桶时0.25M 3/MIN
封膜速度：1500桶/时内
设备规格：长3500mm*宽850mm*高1600mm，输送带面离地600mm。
适用产品规格：五加仑桶或定制桶，需统一规格。
适用膜规格：
l 膜材质：PO(环氧丙烷)PropyleneOxide是丙烯的重要衍生物之一。是以聚乙烯、聚丙烯、丁烯等烯烃类聚合物的总称，是目前最理想的防腐蚀材料之一；
l 圈膜双层单边开口；
l 整圈膜：长度700-720mm；
l 膜单层厚度：0.006-0.015mm；
l 整圈膜最大直径：Ø350mm，无静电（参考去静电剂加3%）缠绕紧，缠绕筒直径大于Ø80mm。
