关于售后

收到货以后，烦请立即开箱验货，并将干花置于通风干燥处保存。堆于箱内长时间不打开通风容易发霉。因自身保存原因而发霉的情况不售后，所以如遇运输中发霉请务必在物流签收48小时内向我们反应问题，过时视为自身原因保存发霉不予售后。干花属于运输损耗较大的产品，来回损失都大，无理由退货需要承担双方的来回运费和损耗。由于是干花，在运输过程中会存在掉落现象，运输损耗在10%左右（不包括整理花束的损耗），介意的亲慎拍，由于是自然植物，自然的残缺，有些花材本身的味道不可避免和改变，介意的慎拍噢！

关于色差

由于拍摄及显示器原因，存在一定色差，其次导致色差比较大的原因在于每生产批次不一样，及植物本身对颜色的吸附能力不一样，大部分彩色干花均为后期染色，由于季节性变化或人工原因出现染色不均等色差属于正常。自然生长的颜色也会因为生长环境不一样而有色差。

大小问题

干花均为自然植物加工而成，靠地生靠天养，所以无法强求其形态和大小统一，特别是大小问题。因为不是机器制造，所以每支花都是特别的，长得都是不一样的。

使用范围

所有花材都不可食用，不可用于花茶冲泡。由于体质不同，少数花材、花粉、花香可能引起过敏反应，不建议孕妇过敏等人群购买使用。所有花材仅可作为观赏。

保养须知

干花的保存分两种情况，一是在干燥的环境中，二是在潮湿的环境中。干花在潮湿的环境中容易发霉，请放置尽量保持通风干燥，所以当外面湿度较大时，应彻底干燥后放入纸箱或不与潮湿空气接触的房间，一旦发现霉菌侵入，在不严重的情况下用抹布擦拭掉霉菌，再用吹风机吹干，再干燥保存，比如空调房。批发商如果在潮湿季节不建议囤货，少量多次入货减少发霉的损失。干花在干燥的环境中，由于完全失云水份，而变得特别的脆，可以先喷些水在花杆部分（干花满天星花头部分也可以喷水不会脱色），等花头摸上去软化以后再进行打理，否则会断很多导致损耗太大。切记，喷水后需要通风放置，不可堆放，捂着了容易发霉。
